Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Florida to provide telehealth services to Massachusetts clients. We offer both full-time salaried roles and hourly fee-for-service options as W-2 employees.

Qualifications

• Active Florida clinician license or clearly in process to obtain
• Must obtain Massachusetts license with employer support
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to Massachusetts clients
• Conduct intake assessments and determine level of care
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers and partners
• Maintain documentation in the EHR and participate in meetings
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
