Job summary

MedStar Health's Telehealth division seeks a Supervisor Telehealth Technology Coordinator to lead regional teams, hire/train staff, and support telehealth initiatives across hospitals. You will establish metrics, supervise operations, and ensure high-quality patient experience while coordinating with MTIC and hospital leadership.

The role emphasizes program development, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a clinical setting with a focus on patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a clinical and/or customer service setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department goals and adheres to policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Develops and manages department budget and resources within approved limits.
• Selects trains and orients staff; evaluates performance and supports development.
• Facilitates care virtually by connecting requestors with patients via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborates with Telehealth Innovation Center and hospital leadership on strategic planning.
