Recuro Health is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations Team in College Station, TX. You will support scheduling and coordinating virtual visits, assisting members and providers, and handling inquiries across telehealth services.

This hybrid role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and attention to detail. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in customer service, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CMA

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience.
• Minimum 2 years Telehealth Experience.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all Recuro service offerings.
• Support Recuro members and patients with benefits information and general inquiries.
• Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaint.
• Monitor virtual consultations and assist with related tasks.
• Complete tasks within Recuro Health policy and procedures.
