Job summary

Recuro Health in Minneapolis is seeking a compassionate Member Services Specialist to support virtual care programs including Virtual Primary Care, Virtual Behavioral Health, and Virtual Urgent Care. You will assist members and providers, collect demographics and health history, and coordinate scheduling by phone or digital channels.

The role emphasizes accurate data collection, adherence to policies, and strong service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Telehealth experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate computer-based communication tools.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology helpful.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule consults and assist members and providers for Recuro service offerings, including Virtual Primary Care, Virtual Behavioral Health, and Virtual Urgent Care.
• Support members and patients with information about benefits and general care-coordination inquiries.
• Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaint.
• Monitor virtual consultation status and elevate member or provider issues.
• Troubleshoot and support post-consult scheduling, pharmacy outreach, and provider outreach.
• Perform tasks within Recuro Health policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Member Services Supervisor, Member Services Manager, or other Clinical Operations Leadership.
• Interact with members and employers primarily by phone, and also through text, email, and other channels.
