TexPTS, part of Confluent Health, seeks a Remote Patient Scheduling Coordinator to guide patients from first contact through scheduling. After paid onsite training in Live Oak, TX, you’ll work remotely while remaining part of a collaborative team.

Customer service, scheduling, and administrative support are essential as you coordinate with clinics to ensure accurate appointments and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service-focused roles preferred.
• Ability to learn scheduling procedures and healthcare workflows.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions.
• Schedule new patient appointments for clinics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience.
• Enter and update patient information in computer systems.
• Document interactions and upload required documentation to EMR.
