The role supports Online Second Opinion services, remote patient monitoring, and virtual appointments, with responsibilities spanning operational workflows, inquiries, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end workflow for the Online Second Opinion Program, partnering with the Center for Telehealth Medical Director to ensure timely case review and patient progression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical teams throughout the second opinion process.
• Ensure all required medical records, lab results, imaging, and supporting documentation are uploaded into the portal for specialist review.
• Monitor program inboxes, respond to inquiries, triage requests, and escalate issues as needed.
• Track patient cases and maintain accurate records to support workflow coordination and customer service.
• Support the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program through daily operational and administrative activities.
• Assist with processes and documentation to support Remote Patient Monitoring services.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between providers, clinical leaders, and program stakeholders.
• Maintain provider lead lists and program databases for accuracy.
• Generate reports, monitor program metrics, and support leads with data collection.
• Complete special projects as requested and perform cross-functional duties as needed.
