Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication; high digital literacy across multiple software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel patient interaction across chat, video, audio, and asynchronous platforms.
• Care coordination and triage: route clinical questions to licensed providers.
• Deliver standardized pre- and post-operative guidance per GoTo Telemed protocols.
• Remote monitoring support: track data submissions, ensure records are complete, escalate flags.
• Independent operations: manage scheduling flows and virtual waiting rooms.
• Collaborate with Doctors, Dentists, and Nurse Practitioners as needed.
