Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to meet the diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility and experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.

You will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth with a focus on reducing barriers to high-quality behavioral healthcare while maintaining clinical autonomy in a

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more states; eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Ability to provide telehealth and in-person sessions where available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements
