Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Clinical Associate to enhance our medical practice, Devoted Medical, by coordinating care and managing member interactions. This position involves preparing members for telehealth visits, coordinating post-visit services, and acting as a liaison between clinicians and members. Ideal candidates will have a MA Certification and two years of patient-facing experience, preferably in telehealth. The role offers a salary range of $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health plans, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Two years of patient-facing experience.
• Experience helping Medicare patients close care gaps.
• Ability to manage a large member panel (100+).

Responsibilities

• Prepare members for video onboarding prior to visits.
• Coordinate care with home health partners and notify members of lab results.
• Advocate for members and review internal program referrals.
