Job summary

Devoted Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Associate to support telehealth visits and care coordination. You will liaise between our clinical team and members, helping ensure adherence to care plans and coordinating across DME, labs, imaging, and pharmacy services.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, high touch communication, and collaboration with licensed clinicians, with weekend overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• MA Certification (active or expired) is highly preferred.
• Two years of patient-facing experience; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in care coordination for Medicare patients is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Post-visit prep and order management / care coordination.
• Coordinate with home health partners for DME and skilled nursing.
• Arrange labs and imaging; track results for clinician review.
• Notify members of lab results and coordinate follow-up care.
• Coordinate medical records, appointments, and outbound communications.
