EzCare ABA in Virginia offers a remote telehealth BCBA role with flexible scheduling and a growing caseload. This position allows you to provide supervision and ABA services from home, while supporting children and families across the region.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, collaboration with treatment teams, and ethical, evidence-based practice, with full-time or part-time options and a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children and families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and treatment planning
• Provide remote BCBA supervision and clinical oversight
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans
• Support and coach families and caregivers
• Collaborate with treatment teams and providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure ethical and evidence-based ABA services

Compensation

• Full-Time Salaried BCBA: $70,000-$85,000 annually (Based on experience and caseload)
• Hourly BCBA Option: $70-$75 per hour (Based on experience)
