Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Virginia-based remote team. This role supports children and families through flexible full-time or part-time telehealth services, with a growing caseload and strong clinical support.

Remote work offers a balanced schedule and meaningful impact. The role requires BCBA certification, Virginia licensure (or eligibility), a master's in ABA/psychology/education or related field, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain licensure is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with telehealth is a plus.
• Passion for helping children and families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide remote BCBA supervision and clinical oversight.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Support and coach families and caregivers remotely.

Compensation

• Full-Time Salaried BCBA: $70,000-$85,000 annually (Based on experience and caseload)
• Hourly BCBA Option: $70-$75 per hour (Based on experience)
