Job summary

EzCare ABA in Annandale, VA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for helping children and families succeed

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Help children achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes
