EzCare ABA is hiring Direct Care BCBAs in Franklin, VA and surrounding areas. The role offers both hourly and salaried tracks, with strong clinical and administrative support to help you grow your caseload and your career.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans that help children succeed
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development
• Partner with parents and caregivers through coaching and guidance
• Use data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and celebrate successes
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals involved in care
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA Certification
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation
