EzCare ABA is seeking a Telehealth BCBA to provide remote clinical oversight and family support for children and families in Virginia. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time opportunities and a growing caseload.

Compensation includes a full-time salary of $70,000–$85,000 annually or an hourly option of $70–$75 per hour, with Virginia licensure required and strong clinical support to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure(requirement or ability to obtain).
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Telehealth BCBA, you'll provide remote clinical oversight and family support while helping children achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Teatment planning
• Providing BCBA supervision and clinical guidance
• Supporting caregivers through parent coaching and training
• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions
• Collaborating with families and clinical teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards
