Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain licensure required.
• Passion for direct clinical work and helping children.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable transportation for community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings and other natural environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress.
• Monitor client outcomes and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with schools, providers, and support teams.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive life skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.

Some clinicians prefer starting part-time or hourly while building a caseload. Others are looking for the stability of a full-time salaried position.

At EzCare ABA, we offer both.

Many clinicians start in an hourly role and transition into a full-time salaried BCBA position as their caseload grows to approximately 25 billable hours per week. It's a flexible approach that supports both immediate earning potential and long-term career growth.
