Job summary

EzCare ABA in Annandale, VA is seeking Direct Care BCBAs to work directly with children and families. We offer both hourly opportunities (~$80/hour) and a pathway to a full-time salaried role ($75,000–$105,000) as caseloads grow, with strong support and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development.
• Provide parent and caregiver coaching.
• Monitor progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
