Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for telehealth supervision, program development, and family/staff training across multiple locations with occasional in-person sessions. The role focuses on evaluation, ABA plan creation, and reliable data collection.

The candidate must be based in Illinois and will manage a remote caseload with HIPAA-compliant practices, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care with flexible

Qualifications

• Telehealth supervision, programming and parent training preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and ethics in practice.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with remote work and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted caseload hours of direct therapy with timely documentation.
• Ensure completion of pre-authorizations and initial/ongoing assessments.
• Supervise RBTs and meet BACB supervision requirements.
• Collaborate with families and BY YOUR SIDE staff for program development.
• Maintain high quality care and ethical standards.
