Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed BCBA to design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs across multiple settings, including telehealth, clinic, home, or school facilities. You will lead assessments, create individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and ongoing professional development in a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs.
• Deliver direct ABA services as clinically indicated.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB rules.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to supervisees.
• Conduct regular session observations to ensure fidelity across settings.
