Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services seeks a Telehealth Flex BCBA based in Illinois to evaluate, design, and implement ABA therapy plans with reliable data collection. Responsibilities include telehealth supervision, family training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across locations.

Occasional in-person sessions may be required. Candidates must have BACB certification, Illinois BCBA license and a Master’s degree, with strong communication and data analysis skills for remote work

Qualifications

• National BACB certification and Illinois BCBA licensure are required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• 8-hour Supervisor Training completed and CEUs maintained.
• CPR/First Aid and SafetyCare are preferred or trainable on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth supervision, programing, and parent training.
• Lead a team of therapists and supervise RBTs with BACB requirements.
• Develop and adjust ABA therapy plans and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and data collection.
• Attend professional meetings and trainings; represent BY YOUR SIDE professionally.
