Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc is seeking a Telehealth BCBA to provide high-quality remote ABA services across multiple clinic settings in Illinois. This role combines supervisory support with the potential for full case management and requires strong virtual communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in ABA, active BCBA certification, and at least two years of related experience in a telehealth capacity. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working as a BCBA in a telehealth capacity.
• Two or more years of experience working in ABA as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients.
• Assess behaviors and provide support to clients and their families.
• Coordinate and provide services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Skills

Proficiency using Zoom

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Proficiency in Central Reach

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Active IL BCBA licensure
