Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA for a flexible, part-time telehealth role. This fully remote position lets you schedule hours around your availability while delivering high-quality ABA services to families in rural and underserved areas.

As a Telehealth BCBA, you will supervise behavior technicians, train parents, and make clinical recommendations, while our team handles scheduling, intake, and insurance coordination.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians virtually preferred.
• Ability to provide services via telehealth.
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical supervision and oversight for behavior technicians
• Conducting parent and caregiver training sessions
• Reviewing client progress and making clinical recommendations
• Collaborating with families and other professionals involved in care
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
