Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a BCBA for a flexible part-time, fully remote telehealth role that lets you control your schedule while delivering high-quality ABA services to families in rural and underserved areas. This position emphasizes clinical work with minimal operational tasks, no minimum caseload, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

You can start with a few hours or expand your caseload over time, all from home.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians virtually preferred.
• Ability to provide services via telehealth.
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Review client progress and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support meaningful outcomes for children and families.
