Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a BCBA for a flexible, part-time telehealth role. Work remotely from home, serving families in rural and underserved areas, with no minimum caseload and no pressure to increase hours.

You’ll focus on supervision, parent training, and clinical oversight, with operations handling scheduling and coordination. Choose hours that fit your availability and build a meaningful caseload over time.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians virtually preferred.
• Ability to provide services via telehealth.
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical supervision and oversight for behavior technicians
• Conducting parent and caregiver training sessions
• Reviewing client progress and making clinical recommendations
• Collaborating with families and other professionals involved in care
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Supporting meaningful outcomes for children and families
