Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team serving children with autism and families. The role offers flexibility across in-home, clinic, and telehealth settings, with clinical support and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs/BTs, provide parent training, monitor progress, and document accurately.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BTs.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
