Job summary

Bright Pathways is seeking a BCBA for a fully remote telehealth role in the United States. This flexible part-time position focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to families with limited access to care, primarily via telehealth.

You will supervise behavior technicians, train parents, review progress, and keep thorough clinical documentation, all while enjoying a flexible schedule and no minimum caseload requirements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians virtually preferred.
• Ability to provide services via telehealth.
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical supervision and oversight for behavior technicians.
• Conducting parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Reviewing client progress and making clinical recommendations.
• Collaborating with families and other professionals involved in care.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Supporting meaningful outcomes for children and families.
