Job summary

LeadingReach is a remote-friendly team solving healthcare communication challenges. We seek a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, turn warm leads into paid clients, and build growth pipelines.

You’ll collaborate with Enterprise Development and Product teams to lead technical sales discussions and manage contracts from start to finish. You’ll consult on workflows, demonstrate value across subscription plans, and work with Customer Success to drive retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful B2B software sales.
• Hands-on CRM and opportunity management experience (Zoho is a plus).
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, trustworthy with sensitive information.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, presentations (online and onsite), contract negotiation, and close.
• Consult with prospects on workflows and challenges, showing the value of each subscription plan and add-ons.
• Lead technical sales conversations with internal and external teams.
• Know the deal mechanics: security assessments, contracting, and billing.
• Keep leads, opportunities, and accounts clean in the CRM and log every touchpoint.
• Hand off closed deals smoothly to Customer Success to ensure retention and growth.

7+ years of successful B2B software sales

~ Hands-on CRM and opportunity management experience (Zoho is a plus)
