Job summary

LeadingReach, a remote-friendly healthcare communications specialist, seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first contact to close. You will turn warm leads into paid clients, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with Enterprise Development and Product teams to drive technical conversations.

You’ll consult on workflows, demonstrate the value of subscriptions, manage security and contracting aspects, and ensure seamless handoff to Customer Success for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful B2B software sales.
• Hands-on CRM and opportunity management; Zoho is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven; trusted with sensitive information.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Deliver demos and presentations (online and onsite).
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Advise on prospects' workflows and subscription value.
• Lead technical sales conversations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage deal mechanics, security assessments, and billing.
• Maintain clean CRM records and log every touchpoint.
• Handover closed deals to Customer Success.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closed-won. You’ll turn warm leads into paid clients, build pipeline for growth and upsell, and partner with our Enterprise Development and Product teams to lead technical sales conversations. Location: Remote within the following approved U.Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, demos, presentations (online and onsite), contract negotiation, and close

Consult with prospects on their workflows and challenges, and show the value of each subscription plan and add-on

Lead technical sales conversations alongside internal and external teams

Know the deal mechanics cold: security assessments, contracting, and billing

Keep leads, opportunities, and accounts clean in our CRM, and log every touchpoint

Hand off closed deals smoothly to Customer Success so customers stay and grow

7+ years of successful B2B software sales

~ Hands-on CRM and opportunity management experience (Zoho is a plus)

~ Detail-oriented and data-driven, and trusted with sensitive information

~ Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
