Job summary

Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC seeks a Telecommunications Foreman to lead underground construction crews across the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee all phases, train workers, ensure safety, and manage daily paperwork for crew timesheets and inspections.

Travel is required to varied job sites; the role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity with strong leadership and communication to crews and customers.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel.
• 3–5 years of underground construction experience.
• Ability to read maps, plans, and blueprints, and convey this information to others.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards for heavy equipment.
• 1–3 years of operating heavy machinery ( loaders, dozers, backhoes, excavators).
• Traffic Control Maintainer certificate.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain license.
• Good driving record.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various utility trucks and equipment safely.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools.
• OSHA 10 certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of underground construction.
• Train crew and manage daily timesheets.
• Maintain job-site safety procedures and protocols.
• Ensure productivity and efficiency of the crew.
• Complete as-builts and hand in prints.
• Submit daily timecards and Pre-Trip Inspections/JHAs.
