Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC is seeking a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team to lead hands-on execution, mentor crews, and ensure safety and quality on outdoor projects in the Spokane area.

You will read blueprints, supervise daily operations, and coordinate with property owners while maintaining OSHA and DOT compliance. A minimum of 3 years of underground telecom experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of underground telecom experience.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Bore Drilling / Directional Drilling experience highly preferred.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew operations to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Coach crew members and develop technical skills.
• Read blueprints and maps to guide field execution.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations on every job site.
• Coordinate daily tasks with Supervisors and communicate with property owners.
• Operate heavy machinery across outdoor terrains.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
