Job summary

Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Foreman to oversee all phases of underground construction across Pacific Northwest projects. The role requires leading crews, ensuring safety, and coordinating with supervisors on daily tasks at multiple job sites.

You will train laborers, manage daily timecards, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain equipment while upholding site safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel
• 3–5 years of underground construction experience preferred
• Ability to read maps, plans and blueprints
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Class A CDL is a plus; able to obtain if needed
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of underground construction.
• Load, transport, and place materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; perform daily safety checks.
• Train and supervise laborers and operators on site safety protocols.
• Submit daily timecards and pre-trip inspections.
• Report incidents to Supervisor or Safety Manager immediately.
