Job summary

Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC seeks a Telecommunications Foreman to lead underground construction projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will supervise a crew, manage material logistics, enforce safety protocols, and train Laborers and Operators on-site.

You will be responsible for daily timecards, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Travel to multiple job sites is required, and prior heavy equipment experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel.
• 3–5 years of underground construction experience.
• Ability to read maps, plans and blueprints and convey this information to others.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards for heavy equipment and operation.
• 1–3 years operating heavy machinery (loaders, dozers, backhoes, excavators).
• Traffic Control Maintainer certificate.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain required license.
• Good driving record.
• Basic knowledge of utility trucks and equipment safety.
• OSHA 10 certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of underground construction.
• Load, transport, and place construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain daily timecards for crew and self.
• Ensure safety protocols and job site cleanliness.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and city inspectors.
• Complete as-builts and hand in prints.
• Lead crew and ensure productivity.
