Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. in Bradenton, FL seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality on projects.

You’ll read blueprints, coordinate with property owners, train crew members, and supervise day-to-day activities. Must have 3+ years related experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work in all weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in telecom or construction.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
