Job summary

Lambert's Cable seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure safety protocols, project timelines, and quality work.

Responsibilities include training crews, reading blueprints, coordinating with property owners, and enforcing OSHA/DOT rules while assisting the supervisor with day-to-day activities. A valid driver’s license and 3+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or related work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience; foreman experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist in training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Enforce company safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
