Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead our Telecom Underground team in Harrisonburg, VA. You will oversee crews, install and maintain underground telecom systems, and ensure timely, safe project completion.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
