Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC, is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Idaho. You will lead crews, read blueprints, ensure safety and timely completion of underground telecom installations.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience and a valid driver's license; a High School diploma or GED is accepted. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
