Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC is seeking an entry-level Laborer to join our Telecom Underground team in Eagle, ID. You’ll assist in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.

This role requires 18+ and legal work authorization; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Training is provided with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
