Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Utah. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

You will read blueprints, train crew members, and coordinate with the supervisor on daily activities. Applicants should have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist in training crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints to guide work.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
