Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC, Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking an entry-level Foreman to lead our Telecom Underground team. You will supervise crews, enforce safety, read blueprints, and coordinate with the supervisor to keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on leadership, and training responsibilities, with daily field work in varying weather and locations. This is an on-site opportunity with growth potential within the Operations group.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
