Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Foreman to lead telecom underground crews in Harleysville, PA. You’ll manage field crews, read blueprints, and ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT compliance, while meeting project timelines.

In this role you’ll train crew members, communicate with property owners, operate heavy equipment, and support the supervisor with day-to-day activities. We offer strong benefits and a safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
