Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Technician located in Missouri to serve as the primary interface for facility system inquiries, managing inmate complaints and repairing telephone sets. You will provide weekly updates on phone system status and assist with system troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years demonstrated skills in a high tech environment.
• Position may require overtime, non-standard schedules, and night shifts.
