Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure voice communications networks and assets.
• Configure Cisco Unified Communications and VoIP devices.
• Document voice systems with diagrams and notes.
• Install and test Cat6 and fiber optic cabling indoors and outdoors.
• Access work orders in CIPS and update tickets in EITASS.
• Support migration to Cisco Unified Communications system.
• Assist with trunks, phones, gateways, call routing, and voicemail configurations.
• Respond to emergency work orders, including after hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
