Job summary

Ritter Communications seeks an experienced Business Services Technician in Hot Springs, AR. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of business voice and computing systems, including PBX and IP telephony, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will perform wiring, testing, and configuration tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and travel to client sites to ensure reliable telecom and data services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with related job training.
• Experience installing and maintaining electronic key systems, PBX, and cabling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs and maintains NEC/Nortel/Avaya PBX systems and related equipment.
• Sets up IP telephony systems and integrated devices.
• Performs installation changes and service for business customers.
• Conducts site surveys and customer relationship management.
• Travels to customer sites as required.
