Job summary

Ritter Communications is seeking an experienced Business Services Technician to install, repair, and maintain complex PBX and IP telephony systems for business customers. You will perform site surveys, setup networking elements, and coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates have NEC/CCENT training, strong troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to travel to customer sites. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with four years of related experience installing and maintaining electronic key systems, PBX installation, and repair.
• Associates degree preferred in a related field.
• Manufacturer's certificate of training on at least one telephone key or PBX system required; NEC certifications and related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain NEC, Nortel, and Avaya PBX systems and related equipment.
• Provide IP telephony and integrated Access Device support.
• Perform modifications, moves, changes, and installations of telephone services for business customers.
