Job summary

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Telecom Support Associate to assist with BVHS telephone systems and wireless devices. The role involves moves, adds and changes, device configuration, and end-user training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains an accurate inventory of all telecom devices and who they are issued to.
• Configures and distributes telecom devices as necessary.
• Coordinates deployment of wireless devices and service changes.
• Develops and maintains procedures for logging, prioritizing, and fulfilling telecom requests.
• Creates documentation and trains users in proper use of telecom devices.
• Consults with users to design effective configurations meeting requirements.
• Performs routine maintenance on telecom devices to keep them operating well.
• Generates reports from telecom software for department leads.
• Interfaces with end users to resolve problems and troubleshoot issues.
