Job summary

BMCHS is seeking a Telecommunication Specialist to manage day-to-day telecom operations across three Boston Medical Center campuses, Wellsense, and 45 community clinics. You will design, implement, and maintain VoIP (On-Prem and Cloud), TDM, analog, voicemail, conference calling, call recording, and associated peripherals to ensure reliable communications for staff and patients.

In this role you will handle moves/adds/changes, monitor service tickets, document configurations, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 5+ years in telecom/IT networks.
• Ring Central experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain telecom systems (VoIP, TDM, analog, voicemail, conferencing).
• Manage moves, adds and changes; handle daily Service Now tickets.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, scalable voice services and proper integration.
