Job summary

EE in Truro is hiring a Sales Advisor for our contact centre. You’ll join a lively team, take incoming calls from EE customers, and help them choose the best phone and broadband deals. You’ll also guide customers through product options and aims to fix problems with a helpful, friendly approach.

You’ll start on a base salary of £13,928.53 with progression to £14,260.27 after 8 months, plus uncapped commission and great benefits. Training is provided to get you selling confidently.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and good listener; able to talk to customers.
• Willingness to learn product details and deals.

Responsibilities
