• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, filtering, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Revenue Assurance audits to identify billing inaccuracies and under-billing opportunities.
• Reconcile data from revenue, billing, provisioning, ordering, invoices and contracts.
• Apply analytical techniques to detect discrepancies and quantify potential revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with client teams to correct incorrect billing through ordering and billing systems.
• Track opportunities and financial results through client portals and dashboards.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
