Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Access/SQL Server is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Telecom industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and documents data for billing decisions.
• Audits performance against quotes, budgets, revenue.
• Reviews documents and summarizes Special Billing Arrangements.
• Collaborates with IT to monitor and report billing.
• Provides knowledge to others on corporate transactions.
• Responds to customer and staff inquiries with clear communication.
• Updates documentation on Special Billing Arrangements.
• Enhances knowledge of Client Administration procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
