Job summary

Hotwire Communications is seeking a Business Development Executive in the Miami, FL area to develop and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, owners, and developers. The role focuses on bringing new telecommunication products to properties and driving opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role.
• Excellent business correspondence and telephone skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Concur).

Responsibilities

• Drive new access opportunities through prospecting and business development.
• Identify and qualify property opportunities and position solutions as a value add for properties.
• Prepare business cases and obtain Access Agreements for projects.
